Customer Reviews and Ratings

Although some have been lucky enough to experience the full benefits of the Titan SCR2 N120 Tankless Water Heater, more users of the unit were completely dissatisfied with the product. The water temperature is so erratic, that it changes hot to cold and back to hot a number of times while in use. There are also instances where you would have to turn the heater off, and power it on again just to have a fresh stream of hot water. The workmanship is very poor, and units look like they have not gone through quality check. There are loose wirings that may cause problems eventually, and you would have to check on each of the screws and try tightening them up before you even try to install the unit, to avoid big problems.

There may be instances when you would want and need to reset the system, but the reset button is found under the warranty seal, which is very inconvenient especially if you encounter further problems with the unit, with the seal voiding the unit?s warranty automatically once taken out. The button is also found inside a tiny hole that is not even marked, and trying to find it is very difficult and would need a call to customer service just to figure out where it is.

The unit also lasts for a good year or so before it starts showing problems and stops working. Several users have found themselves asking for replacement units once or twice, but would experience the same problem with the replacement units. Some also spent hundreds of dollars for repairs and parts, only to find out that nothing can be done to solve the problem.?Click here to read more customer reviews?

If you want a reliable heater, this Titan Tankless Water Heater is definitely not for you. It would only cost you more on repair charges, and would also cause you a lot of inconvenience.
