Customer Reviews and Ratings
Sadly, users of the Eemax EX280T2T Tankless Water Heater are very disappointed with how this unit works. Despite using professional plumbers and electricians to hook it up, Eemax customer service always blames poor installation for its poor performance. One user even had three different electricians and plumbers look at it for her, only getting the same reply from Eemax. With all the testing and reinstallation with the unit not really getting better, it does not only eat up a lot of energy without getting what you paid for, but it also lets installation charges pile up. With the need for two replacements on an average in a year, we can safely say that not much quality control was placed into manufacturing this product. Some users even complained that the replacement units that they got were dirty, rusty and leaking, as if the unit was one of the units previously returned. It also works very loudly, and the hot water and the water pressure fluctuate too much. And with all these complaints, their customer service department is of no help, often blaming the electrician or the plumber for everything.?Click here to read more customer reviews?
